Talk to the Vancouver team
Meet Natalee Webb, Owner of Clean Air Mosquito Control Vancouver
Natalee Webb owns Clean Air Mosquito Control Vancouver along with its sister company, Clean Air Lawn Care Vancouver, so one local team can care for your lawn and keep mosquitoes and ticks in check.
Natalee’s lawn care story started early. At just eight years old, she bought her first lawn mower and spent much of her childhood mowing neighbors’ lawns. By age 12, she had saved enough from her little lawn care business to pay for a trip to Space Camp, which was an early introduction to entrepreneurship, hard work, and the satisfaction of building something of her own.
Natalee has spent more than 25 years in the Pacific Northwest and has proudly called Vancouver, Washington, home for the past eight years. After spending 10 years working in higher education and more than 15 years in the technology industry, Natalee decided it was time to trade in some of her screen time for more time outdoors and return to those early lawn care roots. Clean Air offered the perfect opportunity to combine entrepreneurship with her love of the outdoors and commitment to environmentally responsible practices.
Natalee believes a beautiful, healthy yard shouldn’t have to come at the expense of clean air or the health of our families, pets, and environment. She also believes in building strong relationships with her customers and the local small business community.
Natalee is married and has two kids and two doggos. When she’s not working, you’ll often find her and her family on the Olympic Peninsula hiking, camping, or paddleboarding. She’s also an avid sports fan and tries to make it to as many Portland area professional sporting events as possible, especially the Timbers, Thorns, and Portland Fire.

Mosquito Control Built for Clark County
Clark County has a lot of mosquito habitat close to home. The Columbia River floodplain, Vancouver Lake, and the wetlands around the Ridgefield National Wildlife Refuge hold floodwater well into spring, and Salmon Creek, Burnt Bridge Creek, and Lacamas Lake keep breeding sites near neighborhoods from Felida and Hazel Dell to Camas. Mild winters and wet springs keep that water around, and mosquito activity typically runs from spring through September.
The Clark County Mosquito Control District monitors and treats public wetlands, floodwater areas, and storm drains, so the shaded corners, dense landscaping, and standing water in your own yard are where we come in. Yards that back up to greenbelts, creeks, or forest also see ticks along brushy edges. Curious about the health side? Visit our mosquito-borne disease page. Want a healthier lawn too? Frequently Asked Questions About Natural Mosquito Control in Vancouver
How do your natural mosquito treatments work?
Every plan starts with a walk of your yard to find where mosquitoes rest and breed. Instead of blanket fogging, we treat those spots directly: shaded landscaping, dense foliage, fence lines, and damp, low-airflow corners. Our spray treatments use plant-based ingredients like garlic extract and essential oils, which treat the mosquitoes resting there and leave a scent barrier that discourages new ones from moving in from nearby wetlands and greenbelts.
How often should I have mosquito treatments?
We recommend spray treatments every 3 to 4 weeks through the mosquito season to keep a consistent barrier in place. Monthly plans and one-time treatments before a party, wedding, or backyard event are also available. We build the schedule around your yard, how bad the mosquitoes are, and how you use your outdoor space.
Are your mosquito treatments pet-friendly and kid-friendly?
Yes. Our spray treatments use plant-based ingredients chosen with kids, pets, and pollinators in mind. We ask that people and pets stay off treated areas until the treatment dries, and then your yard is ready to enjoy. If you add mosquito stations, we place them where kids and pets won’t play with them.
What are mosquito stations, and how do they work?
Mosquito stations are EPA-registered traps that work on the next generation of mosquitoes, with nothing sprayed. Female mosquitoes visit the station to lay eggs, pick up the active ingredients, and carry them to other breeding spots nearby. According to the manufacturer, the active ingredients are not toxic to birds or mammals. Most yards use 2 to 3 stations, placed away from ponds, fountains, and streams per the label and where kids and pets won’t play with them. We check and refresh them every 3 to 4 weeks, and most customers see results in about 3 to 4 weeks.
Do you offer natural tick control in Vancouver?
Yes. Our natural tick control targets the wooded edges, tall grass, brush, and leaf litter where ticks wait for people and pets passing by, with monthly treatments through the warm season. Clark County yards that back up to greenbelts, creeks, or forest see western black-legged ticks and other local species.
What makes mosquito control in Clark County different?
Clark County has a lot of mosquito habitat close to home: the Columbia River floodplain, Vancouver Lake, the Ridgefield National Wildlife Refuge wetlands, Salmon Creek, Burnt Bridge Creek, and Lacamas Lake. Mild winters and wet springs keep that water around, and mosquito activity typically runs from spring through September. The Clark County Mosquito Control District focuses on public wetlands, floodwater areas, and storm drains, so the shaded corners and standing water in your own yard are where we come in.
Is Clean Air Mosquito Control Vancouver licensed and insured?
Yes. Owner Natalee Webb is a licensed applicator certified by the Washington State Department of Agriculture (License #113704), and our team is fully insured for your peace of mind.
Can I bundle mosquito control with lawn care?
Yes. Natalee also owns Clean Air Lawn Care Vancouver, our sister company, which offers organic fertilization, natural weed control, organic moss control, electric mowing, and core aeration. One local team can care for your lawn and keep mosquitoes and ticks in check.
