Last summer we had so many mosquitos, so far so good this year! Jose is reliable, communicative, and takes his time to make sure everything in our yard that needs attention gets it. Glad to have someone trustworthy with a product that is safe around our kiddos. Still seeing all our pollinators and other insects and birds happy too , just without mosquitos! Highly recommend!

Did you know?

Clean Air started with lawns. Clean Air Mosquito Control is the sister brand of Clean Air Lawn Care, which was built around solar-powered mowing and organic fertilization, because what goes on your yard matters. Then we noticed the gap: the same customers avoiding lawn chemicals were still getting their yards fogged with them every few weeks. Clean Air Mosquito Control is our answer, with plant-based mosquito and tick treatments that work without synthetic chemicals.

Frequently Asked Questions About Natural Mosquito Control

What is natural mosquito control?

Natural mosquito control uses plant-based products instead of harsh or synthetic chemicals. Our sprays are made with ingredients like garlic extract and an essential oil blend of lemongrass, cedarwood, rosemary, and geraniol. Your local team applies them with quiet electric sprayers to the shady spots where mosquitoes rest, instead of fogging your whole yard.

Are your treatments pet- and kid-friendly?

Our sprays are plant-based and chosen with kids, pets, and pollinators in mind. We target the shady places where mosquitoes and ticks rest instead of blanketing your flowers, and your family and pets can head back outside once the treatment dries.

How often do you treat my yard?

We recommend a spray treatment every 3 weeks through mosquito season. Monthly plans and one-time treatments before a party, wedding, or other outdoor event are also available. Tick treatments are monthly in the warm season. Your local team will suggest a schedule that fits your yard.

What are mosquito stations?

Mosquito stations, also called mosquito traps or breeding buckets, are EPA-registered stations that target the next generation of mosquitoes. The active ingredients are pyriproxyfen and Beauveria bassiana, and nothing is sprayed. A typical yard needs 2 to 3 stations, placed where kids and pets won’t play with them and away from ponds, fountains, and streams per the label. A licensed provider checks them every 3 to 4 weeks, and most yards see results in about 3 to 4 weeks.

Do you offer tick and spider control?

Natural tick control is available at many of our locations, with monthly treatments in the warm season. Natural spider control is offered by our Boise, Idaho location only. Services vary by location, so check your local page to see what’s offered in your area.

Where is Clean Air Mosquito Control available?

We have 15 locally owned locations in 11 states: Arizona, Arkansas, Georgia, Idaho, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, New Mexico, North Carolina, Texas, and Washington.
